Flanges are one of the most common types of fittings, characterized by a wide variety of designs. They are used to connect sections of pipelines, as well as parts, shafts and other elements of mechanisms and structures. Flange connections are used at oil and gas and machine-building enterprises, in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, in construction, energy, housing and communal services and other industries.

We supply the following types of flanges:

welded flanges that are put on the connected elements and welded to them along the contour of the hole. There are two types of welded flanges in our assortment - flat and with a mirror. The design with a mirror provides greater connection accuracy;

collar flanges with a conical protrusion in the center (collar), the end of which is welded butt-to-butt to the end of the pipe. The collar ensures uniform distribution of loads, and the connection acquires increased reliability and tightness;

loose flanges. The composition of the connecting unit includes a special ring that is attached to the pipe by welding. The flange moves freely through the pipe, thereby achieving ease and accuracy of installation. Free flanges are used for installation in hard-to-reach places and in joints requiring frequent maintenance;

flange plugs for creating dead-end pipeline branches. The plugs are supplied flat and with a connecting protrusion;

gaskets that ensure tightness of the flange connection. The material of manufacture is poranite, Teflon, synthetic rubber (EPDM).
